Loan Information

You can avail another loan depending on your previous loan repayment record. For more information, please contact your nearest branch or write to us at smeinquiry@rathi.com.
In case you wish to change the communication address, you can visit your nearest branch with a self-attested copy of your new address proof. Alternatively, you can submit a request at smecustomerconnect@rathi.com.
It is ensured that proper valuation and legal clearance of the property is done before loan is sanctioned. Therefore, the application fee towards legal and valuation is non-refundable irrespective of whether the loan is sanctioned or not.
To cancel the loan, a request has to be submitted to ARGFL branch. Loan cancellation charges will be applicable as per the covenants of Loan Agreement.
Repayment / EMIs

To change repayment from one bank to another, submit a request at smecustomerconnect@rathi.com along with fresh NACH Mandate from your new Bank account. This service is charged as detailed in your sanction letter.
To make online payment in case your EMI got bounced, you can make online payment through RTGS/NEFT. In such a case, charges shall be applicable as per sanction letter.

You can pay your EMI by making the required transfer to UPI ID: Argfl.sme@icici or scan the below code to initiate payment. For payment confirmation, please write to us at smecustomerconnect@rathi.com.

Pre-payment

You can choose to prepay your loan subject to prepayment charges and conditions as per the sanction letter.
It would take about 21 working days to issue prepayment statement after we have received your prepayment request.
No, however, for all loans, prepayment can be made using RTGS/NEFT/DD/Cheque from your account.
Statement / Document Requests

In case you require a Statement of your loan account, please submit a request at smecustomerconnect@rathi.com.
In case you require Repayment Schedule for your loan account, please submit a request at smecustomerconnect@rathi.com. Please note that charges are applicable for duplicate statement as per sanction letter.
For new customers, Welcome Letter will be delivered to your communication address as per our records within 30 days from date of disbursement.
Loan Closure

A No dues letter shall be issued on request of closure of loans in our records. The property papers will be returned to you within 21 working days from date of clearance of payment amount. If you have not received the property papers, please contact ARGFL branch or write to us at smecustomerconnect@rathi.com.
The un-banked PDCs/SPDCs are destroyed once loan is closed.

The customer availing a Group Term Life Policy gets an insurance cover at a lower price as compared to an individual plan. The dynamics of the group makes it possible for the Insurance company to provide a better price for the insurance cover.
An Insurance Policy is based on the assumption that the information provided by the customer is true. An Insurance Policy is a contract, which may be void ab initio in case any incorrect information is provided by the insured. Consequently, the Insurance Company can deny the claim on the basis of incorrect information.
No, it is not mandatory to purchase an Insurance Policy from us for availing a loan.
You will have to approach the insurance company from which the policy has been taken. Normally, the process of assignement involves filling an Assignment Form and submitting it to your insurer along with the required documents. On acceptance, the policy will be assigned to ARGFL and it will carry an assignment addendum. The process and time taken in this activity will depend on the respective insurance company.
